Part of a series of four painting workshops with artist Claire Jeanes on Saturday mornings.

Acrylics are vibrant water-soluble paints, which dry with a sheen.  They can be used thinly like watercolours or thickly with a palette knife. You will learn the techniques and various styles, of which there are many, and produce an abstract painting. Please wear old clothes and bring an apron, when working with acrylics.

These workshops will provide a rare opportunity to try different painting media with all materials provided. Find the medium that suits you best or perhaps you will love them all equally once you have learned the techniques and the different effects you can achieve. Each workshop ends with a finished piece of artwork to inspire you on future creative journeys.
