Families can enjoy art activities from the Creative Cabin, craft activities including a pot making demo with Dave French from East Devon Withy Pots and story-telling from the Coral garden. Writer, broadcaster and marine biologist Helen Scales will be giving a talk and signing her new book (book here).

This fun-packed event will offer music, bar and great food including VanilliBean ice-cream, Angel Chops cakes and fish baps from Sidmouth Trawlers. Winstone Books will also have climate-themed books for sale including Helen Scales' new book.

Climate Conversations brings together local activists and project groups, with academics and artists specialising in these fields.

This inspiring programme of talks and art activities will take place in towns across East Devon including Honiton, Axminster, Exmouth and Sidmouth. We will reflect on four key themes: Nature, Food, Energy and Reduce/Recycle/Reuse.

Climate Conversations is funded by East Devon District Council and Art Council England. SSCH activities are also supported by Sidmouth Town Council and Dukes.
