Devon Artist Network

25 May 2024 to 6 July 2024

This year, Devon Artist Network (DAN) celebrates its 20th anniversary.

To kick off the celebrations, THG is working with DAN members to deliver a programme of workshops to schools as part of our Create Our Space (COS) youth project, encouraging young people to visit and be involved with galleries.

THG selected the artists through an open call to deliver these workshops and exhibit a selection of the artists’ work in our Upper Gallery.

Devon Artist Network promotes the visual arts for all creatives and makers in Devon. They support exhibitions, workshops, and pop-up markets, and promote the educational need for art throughout society.

Their annual highlight is Devon Open Studios (7 - 22 September 2024), when artists throw their doors open so visitors can visit their creative spaces and see artists and makers in action.

DAN is run by artists for artists. All members are encouraged to engage with this inspiring network of creatives. The board and committee are volunteers and give their time freely to help the arts flourish throughout Devon.
